Great Love In Little Ways: Public Presentation on Kindness with Gunilla Norris – October 14, 2016

October 14, 2016 2:00 pm October 14, 2016 3:15 pm America/New_York Great Love In Little Ways: Public Presentation on Kindness with Gunilla Norris – October 14, 2016

Join Gunilla Norris and New Thought Vermont in the Weston Playhouse Living Room on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM for a public presentation by Gunilla Norris. As much as the air we breathe, the water we drink, the earth we stand upon and the sunlight that warms us, we need kindness. It is the fifth element that caresses us, brings us together and sustains us. We know that to practice kindness we need vital images. The soul cannot dream or create without them. Now is a crucial time to invoke kindness, and to be able to embody it more fully so that our communities may be viable homes for all of us. Together we will be exploring how self-kindness and care are essential to a greater practice of kindness in our families, workplaces and communities. When we open our hearts to the hidden needs we all have and learn to perceive the small and wondrous ways we can share kindness with others, we will be on the classical path in the spiritual life at the center of all traditions. We will intuit ways suited to our personalities to practice kindness and to extend it to others. $10 suggested donation at the door. Come as you are.  Bring your humor and your heart. Gunilla Norris has been a psychotherapist in private practice for more than 40 years and has felt privileged to accompany many people on their journeys to growth and empowerment. She has published eleven children’s books, two books of poetry, and seven books on spirituality including: Becoming Bread, Inviting Silence, A Mystic Garden, Simple Ways, Embracing the Seasons, Sheltered in the Heart and Match. To know more please visit her website GunillaNorris.com.
