As much as the air we breathe, the water we drink, the earth we stand upon and the sunlight that warms us, we need kindness. It is the fifth element that caresses us and sustains us. Now is the time to invoke and embody kindness to create viable communities for us all. Together we will be exploring how self-kindness and care are essential to a greater practice of kindness in our families, workplaces and communities. When we open our hearts to the hidden needs we all have and learn to perceive the small and wondrous ways we can share kindness with others, we will be on the classical path in the spiritual life at the center of all traditions. We will intuit ways suited to our personalities to practice kindness and to extend it to others. Join Gunilla Norris and New Thought Vermont for a multi-day retreat on October 14 & 15, 2016 in the beautiful village of Weston, Vermont.
